As a result of representing various parties in private placements, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions, the Firm has developed a network of proven financial resources for its clients. G&P has assisted in sourcing financing for PIPE's, bridge loans, reverse mergers, including APOs and the GPO™, convertible securities; and service providers for audits, fairness opinions, independent research, investor relations, and other advisory services.
G&P is compensated separately for these services on a success fee basis. Clients contract for these non-legal services through affiliate Gottbetter Capital Group, Inc.
