G&P's Approach
When Mr. Gottbetter founded his firm, he saw an opportunity to create a firm that would provide legal services as well as financial business advice to smaller companies and the entrepreneurs who were forming them. Mr. Gottbetter established an approach to the practice of law that distinguished his practice from other firms, an approach he continues today.
First, G&P offers services on a flat fee basis whenever possible.
Second, G&P agrees to be compensated with equity for our non-legal advice so that our interests are aligned with its clients' interests.
Third, G&P does more than just draft documents on an hourly basis, and instead takes a proactive interest in clients' success by exploiting all of its relationships to aid our clients' business needs.
Today, G&P continues to build on our reputation as a one-stop shop for sourcing, structuring, documenting, financing, and closing going public, merger and acquisition, and financing transactions.
